Big turnaround of the flow during pandemic

Drastic changes have taken place in every aspect of our life starting from our academics to the peak of our mental health during this pandemic. Some of you have progressive development but the number of confused and questioning one's dominate.
The story I am going to share is not just all about me. It's all about 'Us' we all are suffering from it and have gone through it, although the intensity might differ.
During this pandemic, I had enough time to think about every little creepy thing in my life such as my neighbor's cat ignoring me 'WHY?' 'Did I deserve it?' involuntarily I started to evaluate myself, which I have been avoiding my whole life. During all this, a cycle of my life began to be evaluated. It started from the harsh tragedies of my childhood and its consequences in my later life.
Consequently, it also started to reflect on my present self. I started to fake laughter to be counted as a living creature. It is the most vulnerable period in my life mentally. I started to question the existence of people surrounding me when I needed them.
Well, I made my way to a therapist. My therapist made me realize that it was me who created the bubble of my thinking process and it is myself who can take the heck out of it.
During this time, there is a huge wealth gap created. Just imagine a lot of us were not economically affected but there are a huge amount of people out there who started to live from hand to mouth.
What we've learned from COVID is that isolation is everyone's problem. It doesn't just happen to older adults; it happens to us all. From social distancing to isolation our trust in one another has frayed, but it can be slowly restored. We realized that we have become dependent on technology that now there is no going back.
About the economic factor which I am not stressed about with more than 60 percent young population with their innovative startups, our economy will be one of the best in the world.
From our academic perspective, I would assume that our institutes are aware of our situation so they will provide us with the environment to boost ourselves. It can be done by focusing more on our mental and social growth by reconsidering their evaluation criteria which were made before the pandemic for those who didn't face this pandemic before.
Sincerely,
